介绍195/60R15 88T高操控性冰雪路面防滑轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 613 mm,断面宽 204 mm,行驶面宽度 158 mm,行驶面弧度高 7 mm ,胎圈着合直径 379 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.008,采用单导向V形花纹,配合高密度3D波状刀槽花纹。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1层1670dtex/2-100 DSP聚酯帘布,带束层采用2层3×0.3HT钢丝帘线,成型采用半鼓式成型机,硫化采用液压硫化机。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能、耐久性能均达到相关标准要求。 |

The design of 195/60R15 88T anti-skid tire with highly handling performance for ice and snow pavement was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?613 mm,cross-sectional width?204 mm,width of running surface?158 mm,arc height of running surface?7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?379 mm,bead width at rim seat?165 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)?1.008.The single-guide V-shaped tread pattern was adopted to match the high-density 3D corrugated knife groove pattern.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:three-part and four-piece structure for tread,1 layer 1670 dtex/2-100 DSP polyester cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 3×0.3HT steel cord for belt,using the semi-drum building machine to build tires and hydraulic press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of the finished tire that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high speed performance and endurance performance met the requirements of relevant standards. |
