Abstract: |
The waste latex rubber (WLR) was recycled by using sphingomonas, alicyclobacillus and yeast, respectively. The growth characteristics of the microorganisms and the desulfurization effect of WLR were studied, and the influence of the addition level of WLR on the tensile property and crosslink density of NR vulcanizates was investigated. The results showed that, the desulfurized WLR (DWLR) by sphingomonas possessed higher swelling index and less crosslink density. As the addition level of WLR (or DWLR) increased, the tensile strength and crosslink density of NR vulcanizates filled with WLR or DWLR decreased gradually, and the elongation at break increased obviously. The physical properties of DWLR/NR vulcanizates were better than those of WLR/NR,and the tensile property of NR vulcanizates filled with WLR desulfurized by sphingomonas was better. |
