| Based on physical model，mathematical model and finite element model of total flow type mixer rotor，the mixing process was simulated by finite element analysis software POLYFLOW.The simulation results on velocity and viscosity fields during mixing process demonstrated that the total flow type rotor provided good mixing results. |
