Abstract:
      The effects of peroxide/sulfur curing systems on the properties of HNBR were investi gated. The results showed that,as the addition level of curing agent DCP increased , the scorch time of compound was reduced,the curing rate increased,the modulus at 100% elongation of vulcanizate increased,the compression set decreased, and the thermal aging property was improved. As the addition level of sulfur increased,the curing rate of compound increased, and the adhesion improved. The addition level of accelerator CZ had little effect on the properties of HNBR compound. When the blending ratio of curing agent DCP/sulfur/accelerator CZ was 7/0.5/1 ,the comprehensive properties of HNBR compound were the best.
