Abstract: |
Using nickel-coated graphite(NCG) as conductive filler,a NCG/MVQ conductive composite was prepared, and the physical properties, electrical conductivity and conductive stability of composite were investigated. The results showed that, when the addition level of NCG was 180 phr,the electrical conductivity and physical properties of the composite were good;as the storage time and hot aging time were extended, the volume resistivity of NCG/MVQ composites was lower than 0.1 Ω·cm,indicating good conductive stability;as composite sample was elongated, the volume resistivity increased slowly at first and then rapidly;if the elongation was 25%,the volume resistivity also increased as the cycles of tensile deformation increased. |
