| With 385/55R22.5 as an example，the development of 45～55 series high performance wide base tubeless TBR tires was described.For structure design，the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 995 mm，cross-sectional width 382.2 mm，width of running surface 302 mm，arc height of running surface 10.8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，cross-sectional level ratio 1.05，and using HN809 tread pattern，pattern depth 15 mm，block/groove ratio 78.8%，number of pattern pitch 60.For construction design，using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass，3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，5×0.30HI and 3×7×0.20 steel cord for 3# and 0° belt respectively，Φ1.65 mm bronze plating tempering bead wire.In the formulation，using NR/BR blend，antioxidant 6PPD/DTPD/RD and crystallite olefin in sidewall compound；using NR and granule black/silica and silane coupling agent in tread compound.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that，the overall dimension，endurance，high speed performance and strength reached the requirements of design and national standards. |
