| The effect of vulcanization system on oil resistance and dynamic properties of NBR vulcanizates was investigated.The results showed that，as the crosslink density increased，the oil resistance of the NBR cured with sulfur vulcanization system increased，and the heat build up decreased；compared with conventional vulcanization system，the NBR cured with efficient vulcanization system possessed better oil resistance，better flexing resistance，and lower heat build up；the NBR cured with peroxide had better oil resistance at high temperature（＞70 ℃） than the NBR cured with sulfur vulcanization system ；the order ofTg of the NBR cured with 3 different vulcanization systems was as follows:peroxide vulcanization system＜efficient vulcanization system＜conventional vulcanization system. |
