Abstract: |
The graphite/NR thermal conductive composites were prepared by expandable graphite, crushed expandable graphite and expanded graphite. The influence of the type and addition level of graphite on the properties of composites was investigated. The results showed that,as the addition level of graphite increased, the physical properties of composites filled with expandable graphite, crushed expandable graphite or expanded graphite were decreased in different degrees;the thermal conductivity of the composites filled with expanded graphite was increased, and that of the composites filled with expandable graphite or crushed expandable graphite was increased at first and then decreased. The thermal conductivity of the composites filled with expanded graphite was higher than that of the composites filled with expandable graphite or crushed expandable graphite at the same addition level of graphite. The temperature rise of graphite/NR composites in compression fatigue test was positively correlated with thermal conductivity. |
