Abstract: |
The effect of the acrylonitrile content in NBR on the physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of hindered phenol AO-60/NBR composite was investigated. The results showed that, the hindered phenol AO-60 had poor compatibility with NBR in which mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.41,but had good compatibility with NBR in which mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.34 or 0.26,the peak value of tanδ and tanδ peak area of hindered phenol AO-60/NBR composite increased when compared with those of NBR vulcanizate, when the mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.34 or 0.26,the damping property of the composite was improved more significantly, the tensile strength and elongation at break of vulcanized NBR in which mass fraction of acrylonitrile was 0.34 increased significantly when the hindered phenol AO-60 was added.
