Abstract: |
The influence of the addition level of sulfur on the physical properties and thermally induced shape memory property of trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI) vulcanizate,and the electro shape memory property of TPI vulcanizate were investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of sulfur increased,the chemical crosslink density and total crosslink density of TPI vulcanizate increased,the modulus and tensile strength decreased,the elongation at break increased,the thermoresponsivetemperature decreased,the final deformation recovery rate increased,and the deformation recovery speed increased at first and then decreased;TPI vulcanizate possessed good electro shape memory property,as the applied voltage increased,the final deformation recovery rate increased,and the deformation recovery time shortened. |
