Abstract: |
The application of casting polyurethane elastomer(CPUE) in solid tire retreading was experimentally investigated.The results showed that CPUE tread possessed good comprehensive physica properties,which was synthesized by prepolymer method,when diol CMA-24,toluenediisocyanate TDI and chain extender MOCA were chosen as raw materials(the mass fraction of —NCO was 0.036 in the prepolymer),the extension coefficient was 0.88,and the first stage and second stage vulcanization conditions were 110 ℃×1 h and room temperature×7 d respectively.The CPUE tread retreaded solid tire possessed higher static loading capacity,and significantly improved wear resistance,as compared with all rubber solid tire. |
