Abstract: |
The influence of the addition level of sulfur in sulfur/peroxide curing system on the properties of NBR/CM blend was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of sulfur increased,the crosslink density of NBR/CM blend increased,and the curing rate increased at first and then decreased;the modulus at 100% elongation of vulcanizate decreased,the tensile strength,elongation at break,the mass and volume change of blends dipped in oil were increased at first and then decreased,the tear strength and compression set increased,the wear resistance improved,and the thermal aging property decreased;when the addition level of sulfur was 0.8 phr,the better comprehensive properties of NBR/CM blend were obtained. |
