Abstract: |
Taking into account the characteristics such as material non-linearity,contact nonlinearity,large deformation of radial tire and so on,a three-dimensional tire FEA model was constructed by using Abaqus software to investigate the influence of different inflation pressures and loads on the static stiffness(vertical stiffness,lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness and torsional stiffness) and cornering stiffness of the tire.The results showed that inflation pressure had notable influence on static stiffness,while load had significant effect on vertical stiffness,torsional stiffness and cornering stiffness. |
