Abstract:
      A hyperbranched organic montmorillonite(HOMMT) was prepared from modified organic montmorillonite(OMMT) by using hyperbranched technique,then HOMMT/methyl vinyl silicone rubber(MVQ) nanocomposites were prepared,and their properties were investigated.The results showed that,HOMMT exhibited exfoliated and nano scale structure,and the heat resistance of HOMMT was better compared with OMMT was high;the tensile strength of HOMMT/MVQ composite decreased as the addition level of HOMMT increased;the tensile strength and elongation at break of HOMMT/MVQ composite loaded 1 phr HOMMT was improved by 28% and 67% respectively,and the initial thermal degradation temperature was increased by 25 ℃ when compared with MVQ vulcanizate.
