Abstract: |
The silica was modified by silane coupling agent KH-570,and the properties of modified silica filled SBR compound were investigated. The results showed that,the highest functionality of the product was obtained and the organic grafting rate was 16.3%,when the silica was modified by toluene at reflux condition,the ratio of deionized water and coupling agent was 0.35,the hydrolyzing time was 143 min,and the addition level of coupling agent was 8 phr;the dispersion of the modified silica in SBR compound was obviously improved,the optimum cure time was shortened and better comprehensive physical properties were obtained. |
