Abstract: |
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) was filled with zinc dimethacrylate(ZDMA)/silica,and the effects of ZDMA/silica blending ratio, the addition level of vulcanizator dicumyl peroxide(DCP) and curing time on the structure and properties of HNBR vulcanizates were investigated. The results showed that, the tensile strength and compression set of ZDMA/silica filled HNBR vulcanizate were decreased at first and then increased, the filler dispersibility was declined as the addition level of silica increased while filler amount was constant;the physical properties and dynamic properties of ZDMA/silica filled HNBR vulcanizates were improved, and filler dispersibility was enhanced when the addition level of DCP was increased. It was found that excellent comprehensive properties of ZDMA/silica filled HNBR vulcanizate could be obtained when the blending ratio of ZDMA/silica was 10/30,the addition level of DCP was 5~6 phr,and the first stage vulcanization condition was 160 ℃×45 min and the second stage vulcanization condition was 150 ℃×(9~12) h. |
