| Optimized design of low hardness and high quality tennis compound formula was achieved by investigation of the effect of curing system，reinforcing system and softeners on the properties of tennis compound based on NR.The optimum formula was as follows(phr):NR 100，magnesium carbonate 15，zinc oxide 5，stearic acid 1.5，aromatic oil 5，sulfur 2.5，accelerator DM/D 0.75/0.3；theproperties of tennis compound prepared by use of the optimized formulation were good，and met the design requirements. |
