Abstract: |
The carbon black/BR,carbon black/BR/NR and carbon black/MVQ composites were prepared by mechanical blending method, and the pressure resistance characteristics were investigated. The results showed that, the carbon black percolation threshold of carbon black/MVQ composite was the lowest, and its pressure-sensitivity was the strongest;the pressure resistance repetitiveness of carbon black/BR,carbon black/BR/NR and carbon black/MVQ composites were declined as the pressure increased. The pressure resistance repetitiveness of carbon black/MVQ composite was improved by addition of polyvinylsilicone oil and full-vulcanized powdered butadiene rubber. |
