| Abstract: |
| According to the theories in rubber mixing，such as rheological theory，instaneous power control method etc.，a model for predicting the mix viscosity based on 5 factors，i.e.filling factor，rotor power，rotor speed，dumping temperature and ram pressure was established.The test results showed that the predicted Mooney viscosity from the model was very close to the practical value from the test，the average difference of two values was 0.827 indicating a good predictive effect. |
