| The basic principle of FEA for tire was described.The tires designed with the Tire Entire Configuration Optimum(TECO) theory presented by Shanghai Double-coin Truck Tire Company and the classical Balance Profile theory respectively were investigated using the proprietary FEA software developed by Harbin University of Technology combined with the indoor endurance test.The results of both FEA and test showed that the dynamic properties of the tire designed with TECO theory were better than those with the classical Balance Profile theory. |
