Abstract: |
A pretreated attapulgite(PAT) was obtained by modifying the surface of attapulgite(AT),and the processibility, physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of PAT/SBR composites were investigated. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of PAT/SBR composites increased at first, and then decreased,t10 andt90 reduced,Shore A hardness, modulus and tensile strength increased, abrasion resistance decreased, and the compression fatigue temperature rising, compression set and tanδ increased with the increase of PAT proportion in the composites;and the Mooney viscosity, compression fatigue temperature rising and tanδ of the PAT/SBR composite were lower than and its static compression ratio and initial dynamic compression ratio were greater than those of the pretreated silica/SBR composite when the same proportion of PAT and pretreated silica was used in the respective composite. |
