Abstract: |
The microstructure of ammonia-modified kaolinite/NR composite(NKNR) was investigated by TEM,SEM,EDS and dynamic viscoelastometer. The results showed that compared to kaolinite/NR composite(CKNR) prepared by condensational blend method,NKNR prepared by condensational coprecipitation method possessed more even distribution of kaolinite particles and smaller particle size;the filaments with 50 nm,which were the molecular-level composite of NR and gel on the kaolinite surface near kaolinite/NR interface, distributed on the whole tensile cross-section of NKNR;and NR in NKNR was in various aggregate forms, including the NR matrix, the telecomposite of NR and gel on kaolinite surface and the composite of NR and gel on kaolinite surface near kaolinite/NR interface. |
