| The application of epoxidized trans-1，4-polyisoprene(ETPI) in the nylon carcass ply compound and steel belt compound of radial tire was investigated.The results showed that the good properties of vulcanizates，especially the excellent adhesion property to cords were obtained by using 15 phr ETPI-15 and 5 phr ETPI-25 instead of same level NR in nylon carcass ply compound and steel belt compound respectively. |
