| The influences of the reaction conditions on the grafting rate of dibutyl maleate(DBM) to black N330 and the grafted black N330 on the physical properties of NR vulcanizate were investigated.It was confirmed by infra-red spectrascopy that DBM was grafted to the black N330.The optimized conditions for grafting reaction were as follows：the mass ratio of DBM/black N330 1∶1，mass ratio of bezoyl peroxide/black N330 0.04∶1，reaction temperature 90～95 ℃，reaction time 1 h.The modulus，tensile strength and elongation at break of NR vulcanizate increased by grafting DBM to black N330. |
