| The influence of the initial curing temperature on the curing temperature field and curing state field of tire was investigated by simulating the curing process of tire with a 3D FE model.The results showed that the preheating made the temperature uniformly rise inside the whole tire，which not only reduced the curing time in the press，but also improved the uniformity of curing state inside the whole tire；and the suitable preheating temperature was up to 105 ℃，below which the curing time in the press could be reduced by 1.5 min and the uniformity of curing state could be improved by 15% as the preheating temperature rose by every 10 ℃. |
