| Abstract: |
| The effects of the curing system consisting of sulfur，accelerators M，TRA and BZ on the properties of EPDM compound，particularly the effects of the variables of sulfur，TRA and BZ on the curing behavior and scorch safety of EPDM compound and the physical properties and aging properties of its vulcanizate were investigated based on 1.5 phr of total sulfur and 0.5 phr of accelerator M，and an analysis was made with contour method.The results showed that the suitable addition level of BZ or TRA was up to 0.8 phr，and the suitable blending ratio of sulfur/TRA/BZ was similar to that of common curing system. |
