The rheological property of HAF-filled powdered SBR[P(SBR/HAF)]with different addition levels of HAF and aromatic oil during mixing was investigated and compared to that of HAF-filled bale SBR(SBR/HAF).The test results showed that the dependence of the apparent viscosity ηa and unit mixingenergy Wu on the mixing time and the addition levels of HAF and aromatic oil for P(SBR/HAF) was lower than that for SBR/HAF by 30%~50%;the less energy was consumed for mixing P(SBR/HAF) when the addition level of HAF was more than 30 phr;and the temperature rise of P(SBR/HAF)during mixing was not sensitive to the addition level of HAF,but decreased as the addition level increased. |
