Abstract: |
The comprehensive physical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of TPI/HVBR/NR (trans-1,4-polyisoprene/high vinyl polybutadiene)blends were investigated. The results showed thatthe lower rolling resistance and heat build-up were obtained and the wet traction improved significantly when 70 phr of NR and 10~20 phr of HVBR were used in the TPI/HVBR/NR blend;tanδat 0 ℃ of the blend increased by 42.2% and tanδat 60 and 80 ℃ decreased somewhat when 20 phr of HVBR were used;and the TPI/HVBR/NR blend with 70~50 phr of NR,10~25 phr of TPI and 20~35 phr of HVBR possessed not only better comprehensive physical properties, but also lower rolling resistance and higher wettraction, and was an ideal tread compound. |
