Abstract:
      The design of 43×16.0R20 tubeless aviation radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 045 mm,cross-sectional width?370 mm,width of running surface 290 mm,arc height of running surface 290 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?505 mm,bead width at rim seat?340 mm,maximum width position of cross–section( H/1/H/2)?1.11,using 4 longitudinal grooves tread pattern,pattern depth?8.0 mm,pattern width 6.0 mm.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using specialized tread compound with high tensile stress at a given elongation,adding adhensive rubber sheet for belt and an aramid cord corrugated protective layer under the tread,using 14-layer 920dtex aramid cord+2300dtex nylon 66 cord for belt,using 6-layer 2100dtex/3 nylon 66 cord for carcass,using circular section steel bead ring,using a special two-stage building machine to build tire and a steam pot dual-mode vulcanizing machine to cure tire.The inflated peripheral dimention,physical properties,burst performance,static load performance and dynamic performance of fineshed tire all met the design and national standard requirements.
