| Abstract: |
| The formula study of new sensor specific rubber sleeves for all-steel giant off-the-road radial tires used in mines was carried out.The results showed that the optimized methyl vinyl silicone rubber (MVQ) compound formula used MVQ as the matrix,fumed silica as the filler and hydroxyl silicone oil as the processing aid(effectively improving the dispersibility of silica in the rubber matrix),the finished pruduct rate of its sensor rubber sleeve reached over 90%.Compared with nature rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber blend sleeve,MVQ sleeve had better aging resistance easier assembly,no significant damage after 2 years of operation,significantly longer service life,and stable sensor signals during road test. |
