| Abstract: |
| The optimization of specialized natural rubber(NR) for heavy-duty truck tires was studied. The novel enzyme coagulation processes were used to prepare NR,namely enzyme coagulation+
granulation+low temperature drying process was used to prepare NR(M) and enzyme coagulation+
granulation+twin screw extrusioner dewatering process was used to prepare NR(J).The test
results showed that, compared with NR(SCRWF and SCR20) prepared by traditional acid coagulation process, the t90 of M compound was the shortest, the carbon black dispersion of M vulcanizate was the best, the modulus at 300% elongation and tensile strength were the maximum, the Akron and DIN abrasion losses were the minimum, compression temperture rise was lower, flex resistance and thermo-oxidative aging resistance were the optimum, the tanδ of M vulcanizate at 0 °C was the maximum, indicating superior wet skid resistance.M was more suitable for using as production rubber for heavy-duty truck tires. |
