| Abstract: |
| To study the components of vulcanization fumes of tire process, headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS) was used with simulated step-by-step compound mixing experiments to analyze the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) components in tread, sidewall and their raw materials. The results indicated that this method could analyze and trace nitrogen and sulfur containing VOCs components in tread and sidewall,as well as infer new VOC components generated by interactions among raw materials, providing a reference of green tire formula design. |
