| Abstract: |
| The stress-strain state of wrapped V-belt during the tensioning motion was simulated by the finite element method,and the mechanical properties and process structure parameters of V-belt were investigated.The results showed that the largest stress occurred in the rope of V-belt,the smallest stress occurred in the rubber materials(surface compound and base compound),and the maximum strain in the cross-section of the V-belt occurred in the inner layer near the outer side.The effect of the friction coefficient and center distance between wheels (driving wheel and driven wheel) on the of performance V-belt followed a obvious rule,whereas the effect of the driving wheel diameter on the stress and strain of the V-belt did not exhibit a clear rute. |
