Abstract:
By using microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),optimizing the conditions of microwave digestion system and digestion program parameters, and screening suitable element analysis spectral lines, the simultaneous and rapid determination of copper, manganese and magnesium contents in natural rubber latex was achieved. The results showed that, the mass concentrations of copper, manganese and magnesium standard solutions in this method had a good linear relationship with the intensities of characteristic spectral lines in the range of 0~10.00 mg·L-1, the correlation factor was above 0.999 7.The relative standard deviations of the three elements were 1.68%~2.61%,the limits of detection were 0.013~0.035 mg·kg-1,and the recovery rates were 99.12%~102.83%,which could meet the relevant detection requirements.
