| Abstract: |
| A Tesla valve-spiral groove composite texture was designed on the moving ring end-face of internal mixer.A three-dimensional model of the sealing rings included moving ring and static ring was established by using Solidworks software,and the effects of the medium temperatures,inlet pressures,and moving ring speeds on the temperatures,stresses and deformations of sealing end-faces of internal mixer under thermal-fluid-solid coupling conditions were analyzed.The results indicated that as the medium temperature increased,the deformation of the spiral groove weir zone of the moving ring end-face continued to increase,while the deformation range and amount at the position corresponding to the non-textured zone between the moving ring spiral groove and the Tesla valve on the static ring end-face continued to increase.As the inlet pressure increased,the deformation of the spiral groove weir area of the moving ring end-face continuously decreased,while the deformation of the static ring end-face first decreased and then remained unchanged.With the increase of the moving ring speed,the temperatures of both the moving and static ring end-faces showed a significant downward trend,while the deformation of the spiral groove weir area of the moving ring end-face continued to decrease,the deformation of the static ring end-face decreased significantly,the stress continuously increased. |
