Abstract:
      Regarding the production process of rubber reel chain before vulcanization，an automatic production system for the pre-molding process of rubber reel chain was designed.The system mainly consisted of rubber belt and belt core pressing mechanism，lifting allowance mechanism，rubber tooth bin，rubber tooth feeding mechanism，clamping mechanism and ejection mechanism.The system realized the integrated automatic pre-molding of rubber belt，belt core and rubber teeth in the production process of rubber reel chain.
