Abstract:
The effect of processing technology on the molecular structure and properties of natural rubber(NR)was studied. The two new processing technologies were used to prepare NR,namely enzyme-assisted microbial coagulation+granulation+low temperature drying was used to prepare NR(HJ)and enzyme-assisted microbial coagulation+granulation+twin screw extrusion drying was used to prepare NR(JC).The test results showed that, compared with the traditional processing technology NR(SCRWF and SCR20),the impurity mass fraction and ash mass fraction of HJ were the smallest, while the nitrogen mass fraction was the largest. The plasticity retention index of HJ compounds was the largest. The dispersion of carbon black of HJ vulcanizate was the optimum, the tensile strength was largest, and the hot air aging resistance was the best. The rubber molecular structure and properties of HJ were better than those of SCRWF and SCR20.
