Abstract: |
Using a self-developed equivalent friction and wear testing platform designed for the aircraft tire,the friction behavior of the aircraft tire under different service conditions was equivalently decomposed,and the effect of loading conditions of accelerated takeoff,landing instantaneous and brake skidding on the wear characteristics of the tread compound.The results showed that among three conditions,brake skidding was the primary condition for rapid wear of the tread compound of the aircraft tire,the wear rate of the tread compound under brake skidding condition was significantly larger than that under accelerated takeoff and landing instantaneous conditions.The equivalent friction and wear testing platform could effectively simulate the friction behavior of the tread compound of the aircraft tire,it could be used as an evaluation tool for the development of highly wear-resistant tread compound. |
