Abstract: |
Research progress of silicone elastomers based on dynamic non-covalent bond crosslinking, dynamic covalent bond crosslinking and multiple dynamic bond synergistic effect was reviewed, and the development prospect of dynamically crosslinked silicone elastomers was envisioned.By introducing multiple dynamic crosslinking bonds into the crosslinked network of silicone(polysiloxane),the good physicochemical properties of silicone elastomer were retained, while the novel self-healing pathways and better reprocessability were provided. The synergistic interaction between dynamic covalent bond and dynamic non-covalent bond was recognized as an effective way for achieving excellent mechanical properties and good dynamic behavior of silicone elastomer. The development of dynamically crosslinked silicone elastomers was regarded as a new direction for their high value application and environmentally friendly recycling in intelligent coatings, sensors and flexible electronic devices. |
