Abstract: |
The effect of carbon nanotube dosage on the swelling index, tensile properties and conductivity of carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber latex(XNBRL) film was studied. The results showed that as the carbon nanotube dosage increased, the swelling index of XNBRL film decreased at first and then increased, the modulus at 300% elongation gradually increased, the tensile strength increased at first and then decreased, the elongation at break gradually decreased, and the volume resistivity trended to decrease. When the carbon nanotube dosage was 0.5 phr,the comprehensive performance of XNBRL film was better. |
