Abstract: |
The effect of different working conditions (rotational speed,corner and load) on the abrasion characteristics of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) vulcanizates was studied,the effect of rotational speeds,corners and loads on the abrasion losses,abrasion surface morphologies and surface roughnesses of NBR vulcanizates was tested and analyzed.The results showed that as the rotational speed,corner and load increased,the abrasion loss of NBR vulcanizate increased,the abrasion surface morphology became more complex,and the abrasion surface roughness significantly increased. |
