Abstract: |
Biodegradable polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)/natural rubber(NR) biobased composites were prepared by mechanical blending method, and the effect of PBAT dosages on the properties of the composites was studied. The results indicated that when PBAT dosage was not more than 25 phr,PBAT/NR composites were to mix and extrude. With the increase of PBAT dosage, the hardness of the composite increased, the tensile strength, elongation at break, tear strength, rebound value and rolling loss decreased, the compression temperature rise increased, and the wear resistance was reduced, the low temperature resistance had no significant change, and the degradation soaked in the alkaline solution was aggravated. When PBAT dosage was 15 phr,the composite still had good physical properties. When PBAT dosage was 20 phr,the cutting resistance of the composite was the best. When a small amount of PBAT was blended with NR,thermal oxidative aging resistance of the composite could be maintained well. |
