Abstract: |
A multi-functional nano mixed filler(referred to as mixed filler) suitable for rubber tracks was developed by combining metal nano fillers(including nano titanium powder,nano copper powder and nano iron powder) with inorganic nano fillers(including graphite,nano molybdenum disulfide,nano carbon fibers,carbon nanotubes and nano boron carbide),the effects of mixed fillers on the adhesion,tensile strength,tribological properties and acid and alkali solution corrosion resistance of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) composites were studied,and the reinforcement,wear resistance and corrosion resistance mechanisms of the composites were analyzed.The results showed that as the amount of mixed filler increased,the adhesion and tensile strength of SBR composite increased at first and then decreased,while the friction coefficient and wear rate decreased at first and then increased,and the corrosion resistance of sulfuric acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution were improved at first and then reduced.When the amount of each nanofiller was 5 phr,the adhesion and tensile strength of SBR composite were the highest,and the friction and wear resistance as well as acid and alkali solution corrosion resistance were the best. |
