Rubber vulcanization fume is a complex mixture,and its components are changing with the continuous updating of compound formulas and addition of new raw materials,so it is necessary and urgent to carry out accurate qualitative and quantitative analyses of the compositions of vulcanization fume. Vulcanization fume analytical methods include two types for on-site factory collection and laboratory simulation vulcanization fume,the former inclined to evaluate the green environmental protection of rubber enterprises,the latter is mostly used for the systematic research of vulcanization fume. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined instrument is a necessary analytical equipment for the study of vulcanization fume. At present,there are still few systematic studies on vulcanization fumes in China,and it is recommended that rubber enterprises should establish their own database on vulcanization fumes to support the creation of a sustainable green rubber industry. |
