Abstract:
      Based on high-temperature resistance performance，a fluororubber（FKM） compound layer/ethylene acrylate rubber（AEM） VMX5315 compound layer composite structural hose（hereinafter referred to as FKM/AEM structural hose，the rest be same） was developed and its pulse performance was tested.The results showed that，FKM inner compound layer could protect the other compound layer from hot oxygen attack，so that FKM /AEM（VMX5315/Ultra HT） structural hose had better heat resistance performance.Compared with FKM/methylvinyl silicone rubber（VMQ） and fluorosilicone rubber（FVMQ）/VMQ structural hoses，it had better adhesive properties and lower cost，and FKM and AEM VMX5315 were the preferred materials for high temperature intercooling intake pipe of the turbocharged engine.
