Abstract:
      The vulcanization process of rubber thick products with CF/CNT composite fillers was simulated,and the effects of vulcanization and post vulcanization on the internal temperature and degree of vulcanization of rubber thick products were analyzed.The results showed that there was a significant temperature difference inside the rubber material model of thick rubber products during the vulcanization heating process.As the vulcanization time increased,the core temperature of the model gradually reached the heat source temperature,while the external temperature of the model remained at a high temperature.During the natural cooling process,the temperature of the rubber material model of thick rubber products decreased rapidly near the outer side,and the holding time above 100 ℃ was relatively short,resulting in weak post vulcanization effect.However,there was a phenomenon of first heating up and then cooling down inside the rubber material model of thick rubber products.The longer the temperature was maintained above 100 ℃,the more obvious the post vulcanization effect becomesd.Overall,the post vulcanization effect could cause a sustained and brief temperature rised in the internal area of thick rubber products,promoting the vulcanization of the internal area of thick products.
