Abstract: |
The ceramic material prepared by blending ceramic powder with polymer was fed into a self-development powder feeding 3D printer, and the ceramic body was printed. After degreasing and drying treatment of the printed ceramic body,it was sintered at the highest sintering temperature of 1 550 ℃,1 580 ℃,1 620 ℃,1 650 ℃,respectively. The physical properties of the sintered ceramic body was tested. The results showed that with the increase of the highest sintering temperature, the density of ceramic body was improved, and physical properties were improved. When the highest sintering temperature was 1 650 ℃,the vivkes hardness of ceramic body was 1 202.8 HV,the density was 5.45 Mg·m-3 ,the bending strength was 902.1 MPa,and the fracture toughness was 11.69 MPa·m1/ 2. |
