Abstract:
      By adjusting peroxide vulcanizing agent,reinforcing system,plasticizers,etc. of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR) compound for modification,the HNBR petroleum pipe lining compound with high temperature and high pressure resistance,corrosion resistance and hydrogen sulfide resistance was obtained.The optimization formula for HNBR petroleum pipe lining compound was as follows:HNBR(blend ratio of semi-saturated HNBR/high saturated HNBR was 82/18) 100,carbon black N330 40,carbon black N660 40,zinc oxide 1,stearic acid 1,magnesium oxide 8,plasticizer DOS 5,antioxidant RD 1,antioxidant MB 1.5,sulphur 1,vulcanizing agent DCP-40 10.The HNBR petroleum pipe lining compound with optimized formula had excellent comprehensive properties.
