Abstract: |
Using high-pressure water jet rubber powder partially replaced carbon black N330 in natural rubber(NR) compound,and the influence of water jet rubber powder dosage on the properties of NR compound was studied by adopting dry and wet mixing processes respectively.The results showed that with the increase of water jet rubber powder dosage,the dispersion of the filler improved,thet90 of the compound trended to shorten,the FL,Fmax,density,hardness and modulus of the compound decreased,the tensile strength and elongation at break increased at first and then decreased,the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance decreased.Compared with dry mixing mixed compound ,the dispersion of the filler and physical properties of the wet mixed compound were better.When water jet rubber powder dosage was 10 phr and using wet mixing process,the comprehensive properties of the compound were the best. |
