Abstract:
      Based on the finite element software SIGMASOFT?,the compound filter processes in the rubber filter machine with diamond,triangular,square and concentric circle filter plate hole arrangements were simulated,three-dimensional models of the compound filter were established for these four types of filter plate hole arrangements,and the pressure field,flow velocity field and temperature field of the compound during the compound filter process were analysed.The results showed that,under the same working conditions,the concentric circle arrangement provided the most smooth filter plate hole arrangement for the compound flow.The flow velocity field,temperature field and pressure field of the compound during the compound filter process could mutually be verified each other.
